Located directly on St. Augustine Beach, this 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ocean view condo is located on the 3rd floor in the Ocean Village Club Resort. This gated ocean side community features 2 pools (1 heated), 2 shuffle board courts, 2 brand new tennis courts, exercise facility at the club house, and a private and secured beach access path. In addition, both pools feature ample lounge chairs and the ocean front pool features a hot tub. The pool near the clubhouse is heated.

Payment Terms
A $300 Refundable Security Deposit is required to Secure/Confirm a reservation. Security Deposit is refunded after your departure, baring any damage deductions. The Security Deposit is not applied to the Rental Amount due.
Full Rental Payment must be received 7 business days prior to Check-In.
We accept Personal Checks, Visa and Mastercard for payment. Note: A 1.5% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In Date will result in forfeiture of the $300.00 Security Deposit
