This unique, spacious, two bedroom/two bath condo has all the comforts of home so all you need to bring are your personal items, food and drink. The open living area host leather furnishings, 32" plasma wall mounted TV, sofa sleeper designed for extra guest or a romantic evening enjoying the beautiful ocean sunset and basking in the ambiance of the fireplace, with or without heat. Dining table seats six and a balcony George Foreman electric grill is provided to help prepare that mouth watering "vacation" meal. Newly installed bamboo flooring accents the entire living area. Extended kitchen is fully equipped. The master suite features a king bed, ocean/pool view, large TV and private in-suite bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds, TV/Video recorder with DVD library. All linens are provided. Guest bath has tub shower combination.
This second floor condo has elevators and a trash chute located just steps from your front door.
We welcome your family "pet" who will enjoy the beautiful, wide open, extended St. Augustine Beach. Florida lease laws are mandatory and strongly enforced.
Enjoy the awesome, sparkling pool and sundeck while viewing the crashing waves from the Atlantic ocean. Create your own party at the awesome pool/beach bar and new friends you will be sure to make. Tennis courts are available for recreation and exercise.

Payment Terms
A $300 Refundable Security Deposit is required to Secure/Confirm a reservation. Security Deposit is refunded after your departure, baring any damage or excessive cleaning deductions.
The Security Deposit is not applied to the Rental Amount due.
Full Rental Payment must be received 7 business days prior to Check-In.
We accept Personal Checks, Visa and Mastercard for payment. Note: A 1.5% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments.
Pet Deposit/Fee: $50 refundable/$50 non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In Date will result in forfeiture of the $300.00 Security Deposit
