| Comments: Dick, Patty and Kimberly, I wanted to take the time to thank you for the wonderful stay in your condo Villas at Ocean Gate #106. It is truly an amazing condo. The photos do not give justice to this beautiful haven by the beach. The sign posted in the kitchen when we arrived said "Welcome Morris's" and we truly felt welcome. This was an amazing vacation thanks to the thoughtfulness of the st augustine vacation team. We had a long journey from our home in Tennessee and were pleasantly surprised when we called around 12:30 on check in day and Patty said "Come on down". The kitchen is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly ever need. The hall table has a wonderful book full of suggested activities. We enjoyed the use of the awesome beach cart not only on the beach, but on the pier to haul my husband's fishing poles and tackle boxes. The location poolside has been a true blessing as we have 3 teenagers. This is our third visit to St. Augustine but the 1st in this condo. This ws by far THE BEST condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone and plan to return!

Comments: We stayed in Unit 106 for 3 months-from January through March. Patty, Dick and Kimberly were most helpful and were quick to respond to our every need. The unit was sparkling CLEAN--very important to me. It was well furnished and well stocked--the kitchen had everything and it was good quality--not old, beat-up pots and pans as you find in some units.
The Master suite was gorgeous, the bed very comfortable and again, linens and towels were good.
And, the last thing that happened--wouldn't you know, we left our meds in the condo!! No Problem...Patty quickly shipped them to us. Great place!!

| We came to #208 Ocean Gate Villas to Vacation and enjoy the area. Getaway from Michigan winter. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the condo. Very comfy and clean! Also decorated very tastefully. Lasting memories....the comfort and relaxation, and the whole hassle-free rental procedure. No negative experiences whatsoever. We enjoyed Old St. Augustine, San Sebastian Wine Tour. The great selection of restaurants. The easy walk to the beach. We appreciated the convenience of the unit in general. The weather!!!!

| 5 - Our family had a fantastic time! My son and husband loved the beach. My grandparents were very comfortable, especially having their own bedroom. And having a place where we could all come together for meals and visiting was wonderful. We wouldn't have been able to have such a memorable time if we had stayed in a hotel! The condo was a perfect size for our family to gather to celebrate my sister's college graduation. Not too far from the hustle and bustle of downtown St. Augustine, but far enough out where you can get a bit of piece and quiet. We made some amazing memories during our visit. Thanks so much!

The unit had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The beach cart and chairs were a nice bonus. | comments: Our families traveled by minivan to St. Augustine in late March 2011. This was our first visit to St. Augustine, so we really did not know what to expect, but our expectations were surpassed! Patty & Dick Arnold were wonderful to work with via phone and email. They were very responsive, professional & super friendly. When we arrived we were exhausted from all the driving (20+ straight hrs) and to arrive with the express check-in available to us made things so much easier and to walk into a clean well kept rental home was just such a relief & comfort, especially with 2 little ones to consider! We rented Villa #205 and this villa is GORGEOUS! Soooo much better in person then the pictures! It was also spacious & accommodated us nicely.(4 adults & 2 toddlers) Oh and the beach within walking distance there was AMAZING! By far the best beach I have yet to be on! It was huge, never too crowded, the people were friendly, and you can even drive your car on the beach too! !

| My husband and I had a great time and really enjoyed staying in the condo. Everything was wonderful from the layout to the location. We had a very long drive and it was so great to come into a home-like atmosphere to relax after the stressful drive. We also really appreciated the restaurant suggestions and went to several of them. The access to the beach was great and it was a lovely place to sit and watch the fireworks for New Years Eve without having to deal with the crowd of people at the pier. We have already talked about coming back in future years to the location!

| We enjoyed the beach, swimming at the pool. We had a great time downtown! We took the Trolley Tour and enjoyed the museums. It was great fun being locked in jail at the Old Jail. The stories were great. The best food we ate was at Saltwater Cowboys, Harry's and Kingfish Grill. The cruise was a blast!! The condo is very homey. It has a nice view. It was wonderful being down here with great weather and people! Thanks for the hospitality.

| Patty, we had a fantastic week. The unit, Ocean Village Club Q34 was well stocked,
had plenty of bedding, blankets, sheets etc. as well as towels. Had all of the kitchen
equipment one would need and the view was definitely as advertised. You
could actually see the ocean from the unit which made me very happy. A lot
of units advertise that they are ocean view when they are not. I will
definitely want this same unit for next year. In my opinion and those of my
granddaughters this was an awesome week ---rated a 5...sure could have used
a second week but had to go back to work to earn money!

I just wanted to write you and tell you what a wonderful relaxing time I had.
Having rented 5 other places on St. Augustine Beach in the past 2 years, that experience has been somewhat stressful and almost
ruined my vacation. From misrepresented advertising, cockroaches, broken Air Conditioning to dealing with some management people with major attitude I was somewhat apprehensive to try this again, thinking I could just tough it out at some touristy hotel.
From my initial phone call you were so sweet and got back to me within 15 minutes to tell me you could accommodate my last minute schedule, had the perfect place, and gave me a very reasonable rate. I decided to take a chance and boy am I glad I did. The first things that came out of my mouth after I opened the front door at Ocean Gate was Holy crap, except I didn’t say crap. The place was gorgeous! It has everything needed for short stay or an extended long stay and not just your basic stuff like cheap sheets, towels and cookware, no the place is oozing with class and quality having the best of everything. It really is a special place and such a great location to. It was so nice and quiet, away from the crazy party scene and very secure. The 2 pools are awesome and the stroll down the private boardwalk to the Beach was great. I totally just chilled and relaxed for the week.
If I could rate this a 101 I would so I guess a 5 will do if that is the hgest I can rate. I will be back as soon as I can. I only hope that unit
will be available so I will call as far in advance as possible to reserve.

| This condo was very clean, very comfortable and really had everything we could want, at a great price (early may). We were lucky and had an excellent week. The walk to the beach from the condo was much longer than I expected, and a little confusing to find (reading from VBRO web-site), but you could park a bit closer to shorten the walk a little. The owner web-site is more descriptive of the individual unit. Although my visit was low-key being with my elderly mother, this was a great unit.

| Beautiful-it rained 1/2 of one day (which gave us time to rest). We enjoyed The Fort, The old Ponce De Leon Hotel, Flagler College, The Lightner Musemum and finding seashells on the beach. It was a great mother-daughter time and the condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Zaharia's and Applebee's were good but we mostly ate in the condo. It was great to be able to bring along my little shih-poo, Louie. He had a good time too!

| I definitely give this rental 5 stars. We've only been spending extended time in the St Augustine area for 3 years, but this was by far the best of the three. Pet friendly is a must with us so finding a place that was comfortable for humans too has been a challenge. Ocean Club II #18 fit the bill, very well maintained for a rental. Loved everything about it. Homey and comfy! Short walk to the beach, and comfortable living space, who could ask for more. Thank you for a lovely place to stay. We are already looking forward to our winter escape next year.

| Comments: We wintered at this condo and absolutely loved it!
The location in St. Augustine is the best--one mile from the Bridge of Lions and historic St. Aug. and a few minutes ride from the beach area. The condo sits right on Salt Run inlet so you have views of the water, a marina next door and the lighthouse. Simply delightful! The condo itself was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We especially enjoyed the brand new luxurious kitchen and the openess in the living areas. The master bedroom and bath are both spacious and our visiting guests enjoyed their rooms and bath which were totally separated from the master area for complete privacy. All beds were most comfortable. Thank you for a great winter and we look forward to returning in 2012!

Comments: The condo was modern and well appointed. The bed in the master BR has a Tempurpedic mattress!! Extremely comfortable giving me the best nights sleep I've had in a long time! The kitchen was sleek with its black granite counter tops and lots of storage for food. All appliances and amenities in the kitchen were clean and good working order. Love the convenience of the washer and dryer in the unit. My 12 y/o son loved "his" suite because he could close the door and have a bathroom/ bedroom combo. Loved the bunk beds!! and the wonderful/ tastefully done beach decor. Will definately be back! Patty made the entire stay the easiest vacation ever, even with service after the sale!!! Thanks :0)

We love the master bedroom and bath. I like the open floor plan & big kitchen. You have great taste and your decorating was lovely. The new sofas are beautiful. You thought of so many tiny details, like internet, books, movies, a jigsaw puzzle, nice glasses for wine & pretty decorations. You made this a real treat. Thank you so much for all the extra effort you put into making this condo a true delight.

| Wonderful time at Beacher's Lodge!! This condo presents as stated. Good size for 2 & very clean. Nice pool, convenient walkway to water & gorgeous beach!! Very dog friendly. St. Augustine with all its attractions is 10 miles up the road and Daytona about 45 miles S. We mostly stayed at the condo & enjoyed the beach & pool since the weather was perfect the whole week. Would love to stay here again.

This condo lived up to everything that was promised and that we expected. The rental process was a smooth and confidence building one with rapid responses from Patty to any questions that arose. The key was waiting for us as promised and with the front door only steps from the covered parking. It was very easy to unload our own things as well as the paraphernalia that comes from traveling with a dog. The unit is very clean, well cared for, and comfortable to live in. The beach vehicle pass that they leave on the counter for guests to use enabled us to quickly take an enjoyable drive down the beach in our SUV. We were in the area to attend a wedding, and on one of the days we invited the bride, groom, and parents of the groom over for a barbecue...and they too were extremely impressed with how we were "living" compared to the facilities that they had selected. We would certainly consider staying here again if we make another trip to St. Augustine and the unit is available. | While it is a bit of a walk to the beach, (walking is always good exercise) condo 106 was great. Well appointed and clean. There was no blender for frozen drinks but we were able to borrow one. Lots of pools and hot tubs in the complex to choose from. We had an issue with the grill but Dick Arnold came right over and made accommodations for us until he could get a new one installed. He was more than helpful and VERY easy to reach. Patty made sure we could get in a little early on Saturday as well. This was very much appreciated as it really gives you an extra day. We will recommend it to others and stay there again. Thanks for a great vacation.

What a great place to visit. Patty and Dick are great people and the condo is all that it is advertised to be, and much more. The walk to the beach is short and they supply you with a free beach pass if you want to take your vehicle there. Quiet, convenient and new are just some of the adjectives we experienced. | We had a wonderful time in ST. Augustine. We were somewhat unsure about renting a condo online because of all of the scams we have heard about. The condo however, turned out to be everything the website described and more. It is a wonderful place to stay at a reasonable price. The Dick and Patty are wonderful people to rent from. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The condo was well stocked with everything described on the website. It is also located close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy all of the attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet during the evening. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in St. Augustine.

| "we stayed the month of December 2009. It was our first time renting a condo. It was a wonderful experience and this condo is beautiful. It has everything you could want or need. The photos and description were right on. The condo was spotless. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up. The pool and hot tub were right outside our door though the weather didn't really permit our use of it. Patty and Dick Arnold were wonderful to rent from. they were quick to respond to questions or problems. Patty and Dick made us feel very welcome and were kind enough to allow us to bring our husky along. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and plenty of sightseeing. Two groceries were 5 minutes away if we wanted to eat in. We wanted to get a lot of excercise walking and we did just that everyday on the beach. We came home with lots of things we found on the beach and we met many nice people from all over the states. Patty had a packet in the condo with information on nearby restaurants and sight seeing that was very helpful. We will definitely return and we recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach."
