Located directly on St. Augustine Beach, this one bedroom condo is located on the 3rd floor in the Ocean Village Club Resort.
This gated ocean side community features 2 pools (1 heated), 2 shuffle board courts, 2 brand new tennis courts, exercise facility at the club house, and a private and secured beach access path. In addition, both pools feature ample lounge chairs. One of the pools is heated.

Payment Terms
A $300 Refundable Security Deposit is required to Secure/Confirm a reservation. Security Deposit is refunded after your departure, baring any damage or excessive cleaning deductions.
The Security Deposit is not applied to the Rental Amount due.
Full Rental Payment must be received 7 business days prior to Check-In.
We accept Personal Checks, Visa and Mastercard for payment. Note: A 1.5% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In Date will result in forfeiture of the $300.00 Security Deposit
