First, last and $500 security deposit required.
A $500 Refundable Security Deposit is required to Secure/Confirm a reservation. Security Deposit is refunded after your departure, baring any damage deductions. The Security Deposit is not applied to the Rental Amount due.
Full Rental Payment must be received 14 business days prior to Check-In.
Rental Payments are not processed before your Check-In Date
We accept Personal Checks, Visa and Mastercard for payment. Note: A 1.5% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In Date will result in forfeiture of the $300.00 Security Deposit
