Payment Terms
A $300 Refundable Security Deposit is required to Secure/Confirm a reservation. Security Deposit is refunded after your departure, baring any damage deductions. The Security Deposit is not applied to the Rental Amount due. Full Rental Payment must be received 7 business days prior to Check-In. We accept Personal Checks, Visa and Mastercard for payment. Note: A 1.5% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy Reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In Date will result in forfeiture of the $300.00 Security Deposit
